May 29, 2004 Tampa Bay Lightning Vincent Lecavalier
1pd 06:17 Calgary Flames Jarome Iginla
Comments: It starts deep in the Flames' zone. They're battling along the boards, both get their sticks up and they drop the gloves with Vinny being the aggressor. Lecavalier throws the first couple of punches, some glancing rights. Lecavalier slips and gets back up quickly. They grapple shortly and the linesmen come over. Before they can break it up Lecavalier throws a short right and Iginla answers with some good lefts. Vinny responds with a left of his own that Iginla ducks under. They each throw a couple of more overhand rights and then Iginla throws a bodyshot and Lecavalier slips to the ice and the linesmen come in as Iginla throws a couple of more.
Voted winner: Jarome Iginla (43.2%) - Voted rating: 6.4

May 27, 2004 Calgary Flames Chris Simon
3pd 08:31 Tampa Bay Lightning Andre Roy
Comments: Roy tripped Kiprusoff and Simon went right after him. Simon started strong with a few big lefts. Roy loses balance, almost falls, but doesn't, then regains his balance and they both trade some good shots. They hold on a little and Roy lands a good right and then falls with Simon on top. Other Penalties: Simon received an instigator and misconduct; Chris Dingman a double roughing, misconduct and game misconduct.
Voted winner: Chris Simon (53.4%) - Voted rating: 6.2

May 27, 2004 Calgary Flames Andrew Ference
3pd 05:50 Tampa Bay Lightning Cory Stillman
Comments: Ference started with some lefts that were mainly missing. Stillman started to respond and they have a brief toe-to-toe with not much landing. Stillman then falls and tries to get back up as Ference is throwing a lot of punches. Stillman goes back down moments later with Ference above him punching as the ref comes in. Other Penalties: Ference received an unsportsmanlike conduct; Chris Simon a cross checking; Chuck Kobasew, Chris Clark, Dan Boyle and Brad Richards each received a roughing.
Voted winner: Andrew Ference (96.8%) - Voted rating: 7.1

May 16, 2004 San Jose Sharks Jason Marshall
2pd 19:18 Calgary Flames Ville Nieminen
Comments: Towards the end of the period they drop the gloves along the boards near a corner. Marshall's helmet is off, Nieminen's, with shield, stays on. Marshall has his right free. Throwing wildly, he lands a couple. Nieminen attempts a right that misses. Marshall then throws a couple of more rights, one landing well to the side of Nieminen's head. Marshall gets Nieminen bent over, throws a left and the linesmen come in to break it up.
Voted winner: Jason Marshall (82.1%) - Voted rating: 5.2

May 13, 2004 San Jose Sharks Mike Rathje
3pd 19:16 Calgary Flames Chris Simon
Comments: Alex Korolyuk scores a empty net goal and Jarome Iginla is there to give him a shove or two for flipping him seconds earlier. It draws a crowd and Simon comes out with Rathje as a unwilling partner. Simon has a good grip on a half-turtling Rathje. Simon throws a good three or four lefts before Rathje finally goes down. Other Penalties: Simon received a roughing, instigating and misconduct; Jarome Iginla an unsportsmanlike conduct, misconduct and game misconduct.
Voted winner: Chris Simon (88.6%) - Voted rating: 4.4

May 10, 2004 Philadelphia Flyers Donald Brashear
3pd 11:07 Tampa Bay Lightning Chris Dingman
Comments: Right off the faceoff Dingman drops the gloves, but Brashear skates away. Play continues and Brashear takes a few runs at some players so Dingman comes over and grabs Brashear and drops em again. They're in tight as Dingman throws five rights to the back of Brashear's head as Brashear just hangs on until he falls back. Other Penalties: Dingman received an instigator and misconduct; Patrick Sharp a roughing; Tim Taylor a slashing, double roughing and misconduct.
Voted winner: Chris Dingman (78.1%) - Voted rating: 4.4

May 10, 2004 Philadelphia Flyers Danil Markov
3pd 07:30 Tampa Bay Lightning Darryl Sydor
Comments: They break away from a pretty big scrum and decide to have a go. Not much going on, a couple of punches from each player while they hug, then Markov gets the slam and throws a few rights. Roy jumps in to break it up and gets the boot. Other Penalties: Pavel Kubina received a high sticking, roughing and misconduct; Andre Roy and Branko Radivojevic each received a roughing and misconduct.
Voted winner: Darryl Sydor (65.2%) - Voted rating: 5.0

3pd 19:56 Calgary Flames Shean Donovan
Comments: Nieminen runs Cujo and a scrum ensues along the boards. Donovan and Maltby separate, grapple and throw a couple of punches. Donovan throws a couple of rights after getting an arm free, sending Maltby down to the ice. Other Penalties: Ville Nieminen received a major charging and game misconduct.

Apr 29, 2004 Tampa Bay Lightning Tim Taylor
1pd 17:11 Montreal Canadiens Francis Bouillon
Comments: Bouillon hits Taylor along the boards behind the Habs net, and Taylor jabs him a few times taking his helmet off. Bouillon doesn't like it, and gets in Taylor's face, grabbing his head. They both shed the gloves and Bouillon starts teeing off. However, Taylor rights himself and jerseys Bouillon. He then returns the favor teeing off, and one hard shot stuns Bouillon visably enough that Scappy comes in. Other Penalties: Each player received a roughing.
Voted winner: Tim Taylor (91.7%) - Voted rating: 6.7

Apr 24, 2004 Calgary Flames Mike Commodore
3pd 19:36 Detroit Red Wings Darren McCarty
Comments: The camera gets there after the Iginla fight, and they are along the boards. They don't show much happening, as they are both tied up. They each throw a few half-hearted punches, but nothing really lands. However, Commodore has blood on his face apparently from a McCarty punch.
Voted winner: Darren McCarty (62.9%) - Voted rating: 4.1

Apr 24, 2004 Calgary Flames Jarome Iginla
3pd 19:36 Detroit Red Wings Derian Hatcher
Comments: Iginla slashes Hatcher and they both agree to go. As they drop the gloves Commodore tries to come in but is grabbed by McCarty and they scrap as well. Iginla still has his visor on, and lands a few on Hatcher who is a little off-balance. Hatcher gets Iginla's shield off, and through a lot of grappling they both get a few shots in with each hand. Hatcher tries to use his reach, but Iginla does a good job of getting inside. Iginla gets one more punch in and throws Hatcher down, then throws another punch on the ice. Other Penalties: Hatcher received a high sticking.
Voted winner: Jarome Iginla (50.5%) - Voted rating: 6.8

Apr 23, 2004 Montreal Canadiens Sheldon Souray
3pd 18:35 Tampa Bay Lightning Cory Sarich
Comments: Fedotenko is boarded by Joe Juneau. A scrum starts up and Sarich and Souray get tied up. Souray drops his gloves and starts firing rights in there before Sarich even drops his gloves. Sarich does drop the gloves, and throws a punch or two, but looks like he just wants to tie up. Souray now switches to the lefts and gets in a few, and then he nails Sarich with a huge, head-snapping left that drops him. Other Penalties: Souray received an instigator and misconduct; Joe Juneau a boarding.
Voted winner: Sheldon Souray (94.9%) - Voted rating: 7.4

Apr 22, 2004 Colorado Avalanche Matt Barnaby
3pd 18:25 San Jose Sharks Mark Smith
Comments: Smith was being held by Boughner while Stuart tried to rip people off, and Barnaby threw a cheap shot. He then throws a few more to a turned around Smith. Smith rights himself, and answers back with a few shots. They break away, and start talking. Barnaby takes a good jab from Smith and then Barnaby and Smith are both chucking rights. Each one throws four or five rights in a short fury of action, but none of the punches land solidly. After the flurry each player tries one more right and neither one seems to land well. Barnaby gets Smith's jersey over his head and the ref comes in to break them up. After the ref is between them, Smith gives Barnaby a shove to the face and its over. Other Penalties: Barnaby received an instigator and misconduct; Curtis Brown and Ossi Vaananen each received a misconduct.
Voted winner: Matt Barnaby (60.7%) - Voted rating: 6.1

Apr 14, 2004 Toronto Maple Leafs Tie Domi
3pd 10:24 Ottawa Senators Chris Neil
Comments: Domi takes a run at Leschyshyn. Neil immediately comes over and they drop the gloves. Neil gets in a right, and it's pretty much all Domi from here, as they start to spin a bit and Domi lands a few lefts, misses on one or two more. They go down and try to get back up, but the linesmen stop it. Pretty short bout. Other Penalties: Domi received a roughing.
Voted winner: Tie Domi (78.7%) - Voted rating: 4.9
